繼2001年「越界」參與《花月正春風…一個不能排練的即興曲》，今年再度「越界」合作演出《蘆葦地帶》。

畢業於國立台北藝術大學舞蹈研究所，並任教於國立台灣藝術大學戲劇系兼任講師。

為雲門舞集第一代舞者，主要演出作品包括《小鼓手》、《廖添丁》、《星宿》、《春之祭禮》、《薪傳》、《某些雙人舞》、《白蛇傳》等等。2001年參與蔡瑞月老師50年回顧展《牢獄與玫瑰》。

A renowned veteran Cloud Gate dancer, Wei-Cheng appeared in Tsai Ruay-yuei’s 2000 Project with Crossover dancer WU Su-chun mark his return after being absent from stage for nearing ten years. His return performance was impressive and naturally led to his Crossover debut in The Blooming Time in 2001. This fall, he makes his second Crossover season in Reed Field.

His Cloud Gate credits include Legacy, The Tale of the White Serpent, Rite of Spring, Milk Way, among others. A trainee with international theatre master Grotowski for many years, CHEN has devoted himself in dance therapy and in physical development for non-professional people in Taiwan. He is currently a lecturer in Department of Drama, Taipei National University for the Arts.
